Until when can I claim my rewards?
You will have 7 days to claim your rewards. If you do not claim it within the 7 day period, your rewards will be forfeit.
What is the status on my rewards?
- Claim - this means you can claim your reward
- Pending - this means that you need to complete an additional step or two, like filling up the Google Form for physical item rewards
- Processing - this means that the rewards are being processed / sent from our end
- Expired - this means that you were not able to claim your rewards in time, and that the reward claiming period has expired
- Claimed - the rewards have been sent
